Thinking differently

Change management means getting people to do things differently.  Conventional approaches involve a small group deciding on how people should do things, followed by a huge campaign of training and communication in ‘the new way’.  But all too often, when the campaign is over, people go back to doing things the old way.

When you want things to change, you need people to decide for themselves to do things differently. Then you’ll get genuine change that sticks; we call it sustainable change.

Like sustainable farming, sustainable change happens more slowly.  But the results are genuine rather than artificial, and they are better for the organisation.

Getting people to decide for themselves to do things differently is entirely possible.  We work with you to make that happen.  We will challenge you to be courageous and take risks because if you do what you’ve done before, you’ll get the same results.
